Major cities/regions I've not visited yet, but would love to go (forgive my misspellings):
Quebec City
Buenos Aires
Sydney
Rio de Janero
Easter Island
Azores
Beijing
Bangkok
Istanbul
Marakesh
Of course, I'd love to venture beyond the cities too if possible.
