Is it 2006 or 1866?

I've always heard that Vidor, a very small town in southeast Texas, was quite racist. It seems that this woman proves the theory in this report on CNN's Paula Zhan show. Doesn't seem she's very discriminatory towards some things (namely, from whence comes her next meal)...
